Is VMX Air Freight an overseas shopping service or a door-to-door freight forwarder?
We are able to do both. If you are able to get your seller to ship the items to our warehouse directly (online platform shopping), you can save on the pick up costs. However, if you require local pick up and transportation service, we are able to provide it as well. We have overseas warehouses in Korea and China.
How long does a shipment take to arrive?
Transit time for each country will vary and are subject to unforeseen circumstances such as Customs inspection. All transit times can be found for the country you are planning to ship from/to.
How do I send a parcel to your warehouse?
We will provide you with a custom address with your customer ID for our Korea/China warehouse where you may send your goods to. Simple copy and paste this address into your shopping app or send it to your seller. WhatsApp us or fill out the contact us form for more details.
How much does local pick up at seller’s facility cost?
Kindly contact our specialists who will provide you with a clear and fixed pricing. Prices generally depend on area and shipment size. Long term contracts are available too.
Are controlled items allowed?
Items allowed should be suitable for shipping via air cargo and must be in full compliance of origin and destination countries’ respective authorities. Should import/export permits be needed, it may be filed with additional costs.
Is shipping insurance included?
All our shipments are covered with basic shipping insurance from our airline partners. Should you require additional coverage, please contact our shipping specialists who will provide you with further options.
